Business Resources - Main Street Pontiac Financial & Strategic Resources Main Street Pontiac is a business-centric organization focused on the economic development of downtown Pontiac. We offer several grant programs and have formed partnerships with organizations to provide you with financial and strategic resources to achieve your business goals.
The Main Street Connected Grant Program is a new partnership between Main Street Oakland County (MSOC) and MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU), aiming to provide up to $2,500 in technology and digital support for eligible small businesses. Applicants are expected to make a dollar-for-dollar match for the grant.

In an effort to support the attraction, retention, and growth of small businesses in our historic downtowns and commercial corridors, Main Street Oakland County (MSOC) has partnered with Genisys Credit Union to create the Spirit of Main Street Micro Business Startup Grant Program. This grant program is designed to complement MSOC economic vitality efforts and support entrepreneurship at the local community level.
The Main Street Grant Programs are made for small businesses. A large part of our mission is to support economic development and preserve the historic character of downtown. Small Business Relief Grant Spirit of Main Street Grant Pontiac's Big Idea Grant Program Grants are available from multiple sources.
Including Main Street Pontiac, Flag Star Bank, Genesys Credit Union, Oakland County, Metro Community Development We have a diverse technology sector in Pontiac, and have built relationships with local organizations to help small businesses. Oakland County One-Stop-Shop We’ve developed partnerships with companies to provide strategic resources such as leadership coaching and human resources.
