Georgia Funds for Protection of Communities (FPC) | Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency The State of Georgia set aside $3,000,000 from the Amended Fiscal Year 2026 state budget for a competitive grant to support the Non-Profit Security Grant Funds for Protection of Communities (FPC) Program in the state.
Eligible applicants for the FPC grant are the State of Georgia Non-Profit Organizations that are tax-exempt under Section 501 (c) of the Internal Revenue Code and provide services in Georgia. Organizations must also be at risk of a terrorist/extremist attack or have identified security concerns. Cost-share or match is not required for the FY 2026 Georgia Funds for Protection of Communities Grant.
