# Grant Overview | Empower Music Education Today — Georgia Music Foundation Folder:GEORGIA MUSIC GRANT The Georgia Music Foundation’s **Georgia Music Grant** supports music programs at K-12 schools and non-profit organizations statewide.
Nearly 400 grants have been awarded since 2015 to fund the purchase of new instruments, repair used instruments, purchase supplies including reeds, strings and printed music, and support expenses associated with educational programs, instructional and online resources, exhibit development and archival projects.
