Georgia ROTC and Future Officer Grant (for Georgia residents only) The state of Georgia awards a grant for up to $750 at the end of each semester to Georgia residents who participate fully in the Corps of Cadets. Those Cadets who sign agreements to commission as Army officers receive up to $2000 per semester. There is no need to apply for the grant prior to enrolling at the University of North Georgia.
You will be given instructions on how to apply by the Commandant of Cadets after you arrive. Green to Gold Scholarship (for regular Army enlisted soldiers only) The Army offers excellent opportunities for enlisted Soldiers to become officers while earning a degree at the same time. You can choose between a two year option where you remain on active duty, or a three or four year option where you can receive scholarships and stipends.
