Girls' Mental Health Grants is sponsored by MetroWest Health Foundation. These grants are designed to promote healthy lifestyles and environments that enable girls to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. The MetroWest Health Foundation supports programs that directly benefit the health of those who live and work in one of the 25 communities served by the foundation.

Please add noreply@yourcause. com to your safe senders list. We are encouraging grantees to add all additional staff who should have access to the application to enable collaborative editing.

Note to Grantees with Active Grants Grants awarded prior to September 2025 will still need to submit reports through their grantee portal on the website. Grants made in December 2025 and beyond will submit grant reports through their Blackbaud portal. The foundation will support initiatives focused on addressing health inequities in the following areas: insurance enrollment, mental health and vaccine access.

Health and Housing Stability The foundation will support initiatives that seek to decrease housing insecurity and increase support services to older adults, families with children, and newly arrived immigrants. The foundation will support efforts to provide healthy, nutritious food in a culturally responsive manner and to assist residents in applying for food assistance programs. Grant initiatives are subject to change.

m. on Friday, April 3, 2026. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Applications that are in-progress at 4:00 p. m. on the day of the deadline will not be considered.

The foundation requires applicants to submit a concept paper plus a logic model prior to a full proposal. Concept papers help the foundation assess whether the proposed project is aligned with its funding priorities. Concept papers must be submitted by Friday, March 13.

The foundation strongly encourages applicants to submit their concept papers in advance of this deadline to allow for timely feedback. Applications must be submitted online. Please follow the four steps listed below. You will be asked to submit general information about your organization and project; a budget and budget narrative; narrative detailing your project; and supporting documents.

If you are starting a New Application, follow the steps below to access application forms and then submit your application using the link in step 4. Already Started an Application? Go to your Blackbaud Applicant Portal to access a previously started application.

Download and complete the forms listed and save them to your computer in order to attach them to the online application. Form B: Budget and Budget Narrative [XLS] Form C: Narrative [Download DOC] Form D: Logic Model [Download DOC] On page 2 of the online application, you will be asked to write a brief abstract of your proposal that summarizes the project including target audience and goals.

We suggest that you prepare the abstract prior to proceeding with the online application and save this information to your computer. You will then be able to cut and paste this information from your word processor into the box provided on page 2 of the online application. Please keep your response to 150 words or less.

Sample abstract . On Page 3 of the application you will be asked to upload the following supporting documents, if applicable, to your online application. Documents should be in Word, Excel or PDF format.

Do not upload files with JPEG, JPG, or TIF extensions. Documents will NOT be accepted via U.S. mail, email or fax. List of your organization's current Board of Directors List the name of each director, town of residence and affiliation only.

Do not include contact information such as emails and phone numbers. Not applicable for municipal agencies. Financial Statements for your organization's most recent completed fiscal year, including balance sheet and income and expense statement.

If your organization is audited, please provide a complete set of audited financial statements. Otherwise, submit a copy of your 990. Not applicable for municipal agencies.

Letters of Collaboration are not required, but highly recommended. The letters should be signed and specifically state the collaborator's individual or organizational contribution to the project. Replicated form letters from multiple organizations are strongly discouraged.

Multiple letters must be scanned into one document . Note : Proposals involving schools must include a letter of collaboration from the superintendent. Complete the online application.

The online application consists of four areas: General Organizational/Project Information Page Important Notes: Applicants must create an account in order to access the application and save their work for completion at a later time. This user account and password will allow you to submit your online application and your grant reports, if your project is funded.

You will receive an email with a link to your application and confirming your password. This system allows for you to add "collaborators" to edit the application. A Concept Paper must be submitted and approved prior to submitting a full proposal.
