Tieche Friend of Philanthropy Award Wayne County Community Memorial Fund Audited Financial Statements and IRS Form 990 Fund Advisor Recommendation Forms It is because of thoughtful and generous individuals, families, and businesses that Wayne County Community Foundation is able to strengthen and impact our local community through grantmaking.

Organizations eligible to apply for funding include: tax-exempt nonprofit, 501(c)(3) charitable organizations and qualified government entities that support and provide services directly benefiting Wayne County, Ohio. The Foundation does not award grants to individuals except through scholarship funds. Research our grant opportunities on the right.

Our grant application process is a multi-step process: Applicants complete and submit the Letter of Interest (LOI) form below, providing basic information about your request.
