Application Submission Guidelines — Glenn W. Bailey Foundation Application Submission Guidelines Thank you for your interest in our Foundation's funding guidelines. The information below was designed to guide you and make the application process easier and more understandable.
Saving and Resuming your Application: At the bottom of the form, you can save your application and receive a link to resume it later. You can copy the link right from the save page and/or receive an email with the link. Staff cannot help with this link, so please keep it in a safe place.
The link will expire 90 days from the initial save date. Printing the Application: Before or after the form has been filled out, you can print either the blank form or the form with your answers. Changes and Corrections: You can now make changes and/or corrections to your form after it has been submitted.

Please note that in some cases, the submission might have already been pulled for review by the Board if it is being edited more than 30 days after submission. org . Submissions: No more than one submission of either an LOI or program grant application will be accepted per calendar year. Please only submit either an LOI or one program application.
Susequent applications will be deleted. 2-Year Break: Grantees who have received four (4) consecutive grants will be placed on a two-year hold. Alignment: The Board reviews all grant applications to determine if the prospective grantee organization's project and mission align with the Foundation's current funding priorities and budget.
Notification: Grantee organizations who qualify will be contacted by email. The person submitting the application will receive the award email. Please notify us if the person who submitted the application is no longer with your organization: info@gwbaileyfoundation.
