ExxonMobil Board unanimously recommends redomiciling the company from New Jersey to Texas SPRING, Texas – Exxon Mobil Corporation today announced its Board of Directors has unanimously recommended shareholders approve changing the company’s legal domicile from New Jersey to Texas.
