Go Electric Fleet Charging Program is sponsored by Government of British Columbia. This program provides rebates for the purchase and installation of EV chargers for fleets. It is part of a broader effort to support the transition to electric fleets in British Columbia, offering resources and incentives for fleet electrification strategies.

is prioritizing Canadian-made products in rebate programs and phasing out U.S.-made goods where possible. As of March 12, 2025, Tesla products (e.g., electric vehicles, chargers, etc.) are not eligible for any CleanBC rebates. If you purchased or have received pre-approval for your Tesla product before March 12, 2025, it can still qualify for rebates and will be processed as normal.

The CleanBC Go Electric Fleet Charging Program is a sub-program of the CleanBC Go Electric Program and is intended to support Provincial action on climate change and reduce transportation greenhouse gas emissions.

Funded by the Ministry of Energy and Climate Solutions (ECS) and administered by Fraser Basin Council Society (FBC), the program supports fleets in British Columbia in their efforts toward deploying zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) infrastructure by offering technical and financial support through: Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Fleet Advisor Charging Infrastructure Rebates (Level 2 and DCFC Charging Stations) * Financial Support for Fleet Assessments * Financial Support for ZEV Infrastructure Assessment * Financial Support for Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades *These offerings are available to Fortis BC customers only.

Fleets that receive electrical service from BC Hydro can access these rebates through BC Hydro’s Fleet Electrification Program . Applicants that receive electrical service from FortisBC continue to apply through Plug In BC.

Tickets are now available . Zero-Emission Fleets: Reconnect 2026 Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Fleet Advisor The Go Electric Fleet Charging Program ZEV Fleet Advisory service provides expert support to fleets at no cost in the form of consultation, education, and advice.

The services provided by the ZEV Fleet Advisor are offered to guide and support fleets through the steps required for fleet procurement of ZEVs, including development of business cases, suitability assessments, installation of infrastructure, electrical assessments of facilities, and completing electrical modifications or service upgrades.

ZEV Fleet Advisor services are open to fleets comprised of light-duty vehicles, medium or heavy-duty vehicles, and those with a mix of vehicle types. To request ZEV Fleet Advisor services, please contact: Charging Infrastructure Rebates (Level 2 and DCFC Charging Stations) The Go Electric Fleet Charging Program provides rebates for the installation of Level 2 and Direct Current Fast Charger (DCFC) stations for fleet use.

Charging Infrastructure Rebates Fleets that receive electrical service from BC Hydro can access the following program components through BC Hydro’s Fleet Electrification program . Applicants that receive electrical service from FortisBC continue to apply through Plug In BC.

Financial Support for Fleet Assessments (Fortis BC customers only) Fleets that receive electrical service from BC Hydro can access this rebate through BC Hydro’s Fleet Electrification program . The Go Electric Fleet Charging Program offers fleet assessments to help organizations understand the business case for replacing internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles with ZEVs, based on real data.

The program provides financial assistance for fleet assessments that include telematics and for simple fleet assessments that do not include telematics. Applicants must be pre-approved to receive a rebate .

Support for Fleet Assessments Financial Support for ZEV Infrastructure Assessment (Fortis BC customers only) Fleets that receive electrical service from BC Hydro can access this rebate through BC Hydro’s Fleet Electrification program .

To help organizations plan for the installation of chargers and manage electricity use when electrifying their fleets, the Go Electric Fleet Charging Program provides financial support for customers to undertake an electrical assessment of their facilities. This assessment can help your organization determine fleet-specific charging and electrical needs and plan accordingly. Applicants must be pre-approved to receive a rebate .

Support for ZEV Infrastructure Assessment Financial Support for Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades (Fortis BC customers only) Fleets that receive electrical service from BC Hydro can access this rebate through BC Hydro’s Fleet Electrification program .

If a facilities assessment determines that electrical modification and/or electrical service upgrades are needed to support fleet electrification, the Go Electric Fleet Charging Program can provide financial support for the electrical work needed to provide enough energy to support a ZEV fleet. Applicants must be pre-approved to receive a rebate .

Support for Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades FBC gratefully acknowledges the financial support of the Province of British Columbia . This Program is open to B. C.

registered companies, non-profit organizations, and public entities. The Go Electric Fleet Charging Program offerings are restricted to fleets that are based in British Columbia. To be considered eligible for the financial incentives offered through this program, a company must: Be a B.

C. based business with valid operating license; and Have corporate fleet vehicles registered in B. C.

Stacking with Other Programs Applicants to the Go Electric Fleet Charging program must abide by the following stacking policies: It is not permitted to stack rebates with other fleet electrification rebate offers that receive Provincial funding, including BC Hydro EV fleet planning and infrastructure incentives.

The only exception is that organizations who receive fleet planning and infrastructure incentives from BC Hydro can access these rebates along with charging infrastructure rebates from the Go Electric Fleet Charging Program. Applicants must disclose if they have applied for or received Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program (ZEVIP) funding from Natural Resources Canada or another ZEVIP delivery organization.

Funding from other levels of government may be stacked providing that total funding shall not exceed seventy-five percent (75%) of total project costs. Funding limits for Indigenous organizations shall not exceed ninety percent (90%) of total project costs. Funding from private entities may be stacked providing that total funding does not exceed one-hundred percent (100%) of total project costs.

ECS continues to reserve the right to not allow stacking with any particular program. Use the online application form to apply for any of these funding options. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, until the application closes.
