Grant for Technology Opportunities Program | Austin Economic Development | AustinTexas. gov Austin Economic Development Austin Economic Development Grant For Technology Opportunities Program Grant for Technology Opportunities Program The Grant for Technology Opportunities Program (GTOPs) is a grant administered by Community Technology to improve the community's ability to participate in the digital society fully.
GTOPs provides three award pathways for local Austin nonprofit groups to apply for funding or devices. Capacity Funding ($2,500) * Organizations can only be funded once per year per pathway. A community where all citizens have access to the internet, devices, and knowledge needed to fully participate in digital society.
To provide matching grant funds to Austin organizations for projects that create digital opportunities and promote digital equity in innovative ways. Increase use of digital and communications technology devices. Increase knowledge and skills of digital and communications technology.
