floridajobs. org/community-planning-and-development/community-services/grant-management-guidance) ## Subrecipient Enterprise Resource Application Welcome to the grant management system for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP).
The system allows Subrecipients to sign and view their contracts and submit performance and financial reports online. FloridaCommerce launched the Subrecipient Enterprise Resource Application (SERA) system on April 2, 2018, and will phase out the previous grant management system accessed through eGrants. The old system is available for historical data.
## Client-Level Data Tracking System LIHEAP, WAP and CSBG subrecipients receiving funds are required to report unduplicated LIHEAP households that received any type of LIHEAP assistance, including LIHEAP, WAP and CSBG client-level data beginning October 1, 2018.
