We prioritize innovative and enriching projects that serve the public interest and well-being and significantly improve the quality of life for people in our region. CHC Foundation offers two granting opportunities per calendar year, one in the Spring and one in the Fall. Applications for the Spring granting session are accepted in January and February, with awards announced at the end of May or beginning of June.

What are the qualifications to receive support? Must be a Non-Profit organization, Sec. 501(c) (3) or Political Subdivision of State of Idaho, Sec.
170(c). Must be located within the CHC Foundation service area. Must be for purchase of a fixed material asset, not for operating expenses or consumable items.

CHC Foundation roots are the Sacred Heart Hospital, which was established in 1941 by the Franciscan Order of Perpetual Adoration, and which in later years became Community Hospital of Idaho Falls and Parkview Hospital.
CHC Foundation is not affiliated or associated with any other corporation or organization. CHC Foundation is managed by an 11-person Board of Directors. CHC Foundation is incorporated in Idaho and is subject to the rules and regulations of the State of Idaho.

The Homeless Youth Program is a grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services that funds services for homeless and at-risk youth across Illinois.
