We meet Jewish needs. We make a difference together. ## Federation-directed grants are funded by a combination of revenue from the annual campaign, designated fundraising, and endowment funds.
Grants support organizations helping to foster thriving Jewish communities in the Bay Area, Israel, and globally. Grants are focused on these 5 key Impact Areas: ### Strengthening Jewish Life and Identity We help families and young adults cultivate curiosity and explore and strengthen their Jewish identities.
### Combating Antisemitism From enhancing site security to supporting Jewish college students, we combat hatred and build community strength. From war abroad to natural disasters at home, we provide urgent relief in emergencies. ### Caring for People in Need We enhance lives by investing in a strong network of Jewish human and social service agencies.
