Grants For Youth Groups | TUMCU Our Grants For Youth Groups Program is designed to assist United Methodist youth groups achieve their fundraising goals for a mission trip or special project. Each quarter, TUMCU awards a grant of up to $500 to a UMC youth group within the conferences we serve (must also be a TUMCU member). Occasionally, we will split the $500 to multiple churches to serve as many requests as possible.
* This grant has helped churches build playgrounds, take mission trips, serve their community, and much more! Apply below for a grant for your youth group’s special project or mission! Seasonal Deadline For Applications *Applying for a grant does not guarantee you will receive one.
Even when we split the funds, we typically get more requests than we are able to approve. If your request was not approved in a given quarter, you are welcome to apply again for the next quarter. Your savings are federally insured to at least $250,000 and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States government.
