Are you related or closely affiliated with anyone who is currently employed by NMGC? What is the mission/purpose of your organization?
Describe the programs/ services your organization provides. What year was your organization founded/incorporated? How many paid employees does your organization employ?
How many active volunteers does your organization have? Total amount requested (whole numbers, no commas) If approved, by what date would you require funding or support? (MM/DD/YYYY) Please describe how funding will be used.
Total project budget (whole numbers, no commas) Do you have any other funders contributing towards this project? Please enter other funders including their commitment status, name, and their financial/in-kind contribution. Is this a new or on-going program/project?
Project Start Date (MM/DD/YYYY) Project End Date (MM/DD/YYYY) Please describe how your request will benefit your community? How will your request contribute to the increased safety of your community? Does this project/program involve partnership with any indigenous communities, organizations or governing bodies?

I have read, reviewed and understand the 2025 Helping Heroes Guidelines. Applications for Helping Heroes grant funding will be reviewed 2 times per year. To be considered in cycle one funding, applications must be received in their entirety by February 28.
To be considered for funding in cycle two, applications must be received in their entirety by August 31. Refer all questions to the Helping Heroes Committee at clair. anderson@nmgco.
