Grassroots Grants Allocations Program | City of Lexington, Kentucky Grassroots Grants Allocations Program Grassroots Grants Allocations Program The Grassroots Allocations Program raises and allocates local funds to grassroots programs that provide opportunities for young people. From 1995 through 2025, PFY has donated over $2,000,000 to 500 different youth programs.
Programs served include academic tutoring, recreation, diversity programs, art programs, and much, much more! This program allocates awards ranging from $750 – $3,000 to small, hands-on, grassroots programs that provide positive opportunities for at-risk, underserved youth. 2026 Grassroots Grant application The application process for 2026 is now closed.
