WI/IL/IN - Green Energy Assistance Fund | Faith in Place Install Renewable Energy at Your House of Worship Once you have conducted an energy audit and retrofitted your facility to be as energy-efficient as possible, installing PV solar panels and/or solar or geothermal heating/cooling technology at your House of Worship is a great way to reduce the carbon footprint of your community.
Green Energy Assistance Fund The Faith in Place Green Energy Assistance Fund provides grants up to $10,000 for Houses of Worship located in Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin to install PV solar panels and/or geothermal heating/cooling technology at their buildings. Interested Houses of Worship are invited to reach out to Faith in Place staff and when appropriate, submit a grant proposal application.
