At the same time, Eurointegration requires Ukrainian producers to comply with EU environmental standards, to which most small and medium farms are not yet adapted. According to various expert estimates, the economic losses from climate change in the agricultural sector have already reached high levels on a global scale. What does the program offer?

The program combines two components, namely credit and grant. The maximum grant amount for one participant is up to 10,000 euros, but not more than 20% of the remaining principal amount of the loan. Lending will be carried out through partner banks: JSC “Oschadbank” and JSC “CREDITWEST BANK” in conjunction with the state program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%.

” The maximum loan term is five years. Participants will also have the opportunity to use guarantees from the Fund for Partial Guarantee of Agricultural Loans. Funding is aimed at implementing climate-oriented technologies in horticulture.

Projects for growing apples, raspberries, garden strawberries, and walnuts will be supported. Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises from all regions of Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories, can apply. Priority regions include Vinnytsia, Volyn, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Odesa, Kherson, Cherkasy, and Chernivtsi regions.
