Gwendolyn Gracie Scholarship is sponsored by Gwendolyn Gracie Foundation. Provides scholarships to students pursuing higher education with a focus on religious studies or related fields.

Scholarships & Aid | Montana Bible College Montana Bible College understands that many students feel called by God to pursue their education, but may have concerns about the financial aspect. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the MBC offers a variety of scholarships to assist students on their educational journey.

As funds allow, students may receive a combination of scholarships that can cover up to 50% of tuition, fees and room charges. Additionally, MBC proudly accepts GI Bill® education benefits, ensuring that support is available for those who need it.

Scholarship Requirements and Deadlines Students at Montana Bible College may receive a combination of institutional scholarships totaling up to 50% of tuition, fees, and room charges, as funds are available. To be eligible, students must: Be enrolled full-time (at least 12 credits). Students taking fewer than 12 credits will receive a prorated amount.

​ Example: A $500 scholarship for a 12-credit semester is reduced to $415 if the student registers for 10 credits ($500 × 10 ÷ 12). Maintain enrollment throughout the semester. Earn and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.

5 Scholarship funds are split evenly and applied one-half each semester (fall and spring). The deadline to apply is March 15 for returning students and August 1 for new students . You are welcome to submit your scholarship application while you are still completing your application for admission.

However, Montana Bible College cannot process or award scholarship funds until your admissions application is complete and you have been accepted. Scholarship decisions are typically shared shortly after both applications are finalized. Tip: Completing both your admissions and scholarship applications as early as possible helps ensure the best consideration for available funding.

Scholarships for All Students The Academic Scholarship is a $1,000 award available to students who meet the minimum academic requirements. To be considered, students must submit a transcript showing their most recent academic work. This may be a high school transcript (including homeschool) or a previous college transcript.

The transcript must reflect a cumulative GPA of 3. 5 or higher. Awarded as funds are available.

Ron Ward and Founders Memorial Scholarship In memory of Ron Ward, one of the founders of Montana Bible College, MBC has designated a scholarship fund in his name. This scholarship in the amount of $1,000 ($500 per semester) is awarded to returning students who demonstrate servant-hearted leadership, love for God’s people, and a passion to serve Him in ministry. Scholarship is given as funds are available.

Church Matching Scholarship Students are encouraged to request scholarship support from their home church. MBC will match the church’s contribution up to $2,000 per year, providing a potential $4,000 combined benefit. First, complete MBC's general scholarship application, including the Church Matching Scholarship section.

Once approved, you will receive a link to the Church Matching Scholarship Student Initiation Form and further instructions . In memory of Elizabeth O'Rear, the O'Rear family has graciously provided one scholarship award in the amount of $1,000 ($500 per semester).

In order to be eligible for this scholarship, the applicant must be a returning student of junior or senior standing (completed 65+ credits by start of next semester), have and maintain at least a 3. 25 GPA, and currently be involved in ministry with plans to pursue vocational ministry after graduation. Scholarship is given as funds are available.

MBC Rural Shepherd Scholarship Supporters of rural ministry have made one scholarship award available for the student who demonstrates servant-hearted leadership and a passion to serve in rural ministry. The student must be at least junior standing (completed 65+ credits by start of next semester), be in the Biblical Studies emphasis, maintain a 3. 0 GPA, and have a heart and focus for rural pastorates.

This tuition-only scholarship of $1,500 ($750 per semester) may be given to a student less than full-time if the student meets the other criteria and is pursuing the pastorate in a rural ministry. Scholarship is given as funds are available. Chamberlin Greek Scholarship Funded by the Chamberlin family, this scholarship is available for each fall that Greek III is taught.

In order to be eligible for this scholarship, the applicant must have passed both Greek I and II with at least a 2. 0 GPA and be enrolled in Greek III with the intent to take Greek IV. This scholarship is awarded based on the student's interest in pursuing the Greek language and demonstration of financial need.

Scholarship is given as funds are available. Gwendolyn Gracie Scholarship Established in honor of Gwendolyn Gracie, a long-time educator with a heart for those in local and global rural ministry.

This tuition-only $2,500 scholarship can be successive if the student maintains qualifications: full-time status (some exceptions); Biblical Studies, Intercultural Ministry, Christian Ministry, Biblical Counseling, Next Generation Ministry, or Workplace Ministry degree; 3. 0 GPA; demonstrates financial need; and have a heart for rural ministry. $1,000 payable fall semester and $1,500 payable spring semester.
