nih. gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-18-335. html The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to invite applications from research institutions in low- to middle-income countries (LMIC) to provide senior administrators from these institutions with advanced training in the management of NIH grants.

There were no other changes in the FOA. Those who submitted for the November 7 due date have the option of withdrawing their applications and resubmitting for the new date. However, this is not required, and if an application was successfully submitted, it might be safest to leave it in the system.
