HALT Human Trafficking Fund - Nebraska Community Foundation HALT Human Trafficking Fund The mission of the HALT Human Trafficking Fund is to make impactful investments in local and regional human trafficking prevention projects across the state of Nebraska. The HALT Fund hosts two competitive grant cycles per year.
Nebraska-based nonprofit organizations can apply for grant funding to support human trafficking prevention-focused projects. Priority is given to well-defined projects with clear goals and objectives that will reach large numbers of Nebraskans. The Spring grant cycle is focused on funding community/public education projects.
