#### Mandatory - Must download and read HUD Lead Pamphlet Applicants and any adult household member that will be a party on the mortgage must complete an 8-hour, HUD-certified Homebuyers Education Class within 1 year prior to applying for assistance. A copy of the certificate of completion must be included with the application.
