Hardship & Disaster Relief | Andersen Foundation Support When It Matters Most Confidential financial assistance for Andersen employees and their families in times of hardship or natural disaster. We're Here to Help our People Employees may submit a Hardship Grant application on behalf of themselves, a colleague, or an immediate family member at any time.

Grants are intended to provide financial assistance in circumstances of demonstrated hardship arising from events such as natural disasters (e.g., floods, fires, hurricanes, tornadoes), violent crimes, sudden death, medical emergencies, or incidents of abuse or trauma.

The Foundation's Grant-Making Committee reviews applications for emergency hardship assistance on a rolling basis, and all applications are treated with the highest degree of confidentiality. Hardship Relief for Andersen Employees and their Family Members Since 2019, we have awarded over $1. 7M in hardship relief to Andersen employees and their family members.
