This requirement shall provide technical assistance supporting Commander Navy Region Hawaii (CNRH) and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Hawaii (NAVFAC HI) who manage lands in Hawaii in accordance with all federal environmental laws and regulations. The overall objective shall be to provide technical support to NAVFAC HI’s Environmental compliance branch ensuring compliance to all regulatory requirements of the Hazardous Waste and Munitions/Ordnance compliance programs. This shall be accomplished by identifying potential pollutants and waste streams prior to introducing them to the environment which would compromise the overall quality of the air, water and soil on the Installation and from mitigating onto non-Department of Defense (non-DoD) property.
