That’s why we continually strive to use our knowledge, talents and resources to make a meaningful difference in the neighborhoods where we work and live through financial giving, education, local partnerships and volunteer efforts. Our associates are encouraged to volunteer in their local communities, and they answer the call by donating their time, talent and resources. In 2020, we founded the Jeans for Hunger program.
Every Friday and Saturday, Peoples Bank associates in jeans donate a portion of their paycheck to support local non-profits that strive to end hunger. Since its inception, the program has donated over $900,000 to local food banks and pantries.
