When preventive care is used and illnesses and diseases are caught early, individuals can gain more control over their health problems—and possibly avoid them altogether.
Eden Hall Foundation seeks to improve the overall health and well-being of the people who live in Southwestern Pennsylvania through a combination of grants to community health centers, initiatives and pilot projects. Our grants improve access to care and coverage across Southwestern Pennsylvania. Help individuals take preventive measures to improve their health.
