We regard a certification of nondiscrimination as one aspect of an organization’s commitment to diversity and creating a culture of inclusion. Beyond adherence to nondiscrimination policies, each organization is on their own journey of learning how best to realize these goals. Cambia Health Foundation is also committed to these practices for our organization.
