Open Enrollment: HHS0017137 Procurement Number : HHS0017137 Procurement Name : Health Information Exchange (HIE) Connectivity Project Strategy Program Name : Medicaid and CHIP Services Release Date : May 5, 2026 Submission Deadline : July 6, 2026 — 05:00 pm CDT The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks to establish Contract(s) with non-profit Local Health Information Exchange Organizations (Local HIEs) not currently participating in the HIE Connectivity Project.
Local HIEs receiving Contracts through this Open Enrollment will participate in the HIE Connectivity Project through Strategy 1: Medicaid Provider HIE Connectivity and Strategy 1A: Medicaid Hospital Data Maintenance to increase the exchange of Clinical Data between Medicaid providers as well as deliver Clinical Data to HHSC.
