Nonprofit Funds | Tulsa Community Foundation Grow Your Nonprofit’s Financial Future Tulsa Community Foundation can be your trusted partner to manage your nonprofit’s endowment and grow your long-term financial stability. We proudly serve more than 300 nonprofit organizations from the region, state, and nation through endowments and other types of investment funds that provide the organization with stability for generations to come.
Agency Funds establish a permanent pool of assets while leaving the financial management responsibilities to Tulsa Community Foundation. Annual distributions are made available to the Agency, and the Agency can recommend that the distribution be reinvested or granted for current use. Agency Reserve Funds establish operating dollars for the Agency.
The Agency’s Board or named authorized persons have fiduciary responsibility for funds and make recommendations concerning distributions, asset allocation, and investment advice.
Fiscal Sponsorship Funds are for unincorporated groups or projects who intend to establish a separate 501(c)(3) organization, but in the interim need to conduct the administrative responsibilities of receiving donations, receipting donors, and making payments related to their charitable purpose. NCI Continuing Umbrella of Research Experiences (CURE) Academic Career Excellence (ACE) Award (K32) is a grant from the National Cancer Institute (NCI) that funds early postdoctoral fellows from diverse backgrounds, including underrepresented groups, to pursue research training in cancer-related fields. The K32 award supports fellows within 12 months prior to transitioning into, or within the first two years of, a postdoctoral position.
