HID Matching Grants - CMSP Healthcare Infrastructure Development Grant Healthcare Workforce Grant Healthcare Infrastructure Grant Local Indigent Care Needs Grant HID Matching Grant awards ranged up to the lower of $500,000 or a 5% match of the total project cost for projects serving one CMSP county.
Service provision at these new or expanded facilities upon project completion will include: Inpatient and integrated outpatient behavioral health services Inpatient and integrated outpatient Alcohol/Substance Use Disorder treatment services Care linkage and resource connection CMSP awarded six HID Matching Grant projects a collective award total of $2,498,797.
Following construction completion, awardee facilities will serve residents in six CMSP counties for a minimum of 30-years. For additional information regarding this program, email grants@cmspcounties. org.
