Hearts of STIHL Grant | National Association of State Park Directors STIHL Inc. is thrilled to continue its support of the Hearts of STIHL program , a powerful initiative devoted to protecting and preserving our nation’s state parks.
Inspired by the passion and dedication of America’s State Parks staff, Hearts of STIHL champions the people and programs that care for these treasured landscapes—helping ensure they remain vibrant, welcoming, and unforgettable for generations of Americans to enjoy.
In 2026, the Hearts of STIHL program will award grants to one state park in each of the nation’s six regions—Northwest, North-Central, Central, Southwest, Northeast, and Southeast—for a total investment of $80,000. Administered by the America’s State Parks Foundation, these grants will help spark meaningful projects in sustainability, recovery, conservation, and environmental education.
Now in its third year, this inspiring grant program continues to make a lasting impact in parks and communities across the country. Applications are due by August 20, 2026.
Hearts of STIHL grant recipients will be announced at the National Association of State Park Directors Annual Conference, taking place September 14–18 in New Orleans, Louisiana—a fitting setting to celebrate the remarkable work being done to strengthen and sustain our state parks.
