Create Local Change, By All, For All. Our grant programmes cover the following boroughs. Projects for Young People Improve young people’s lives by increasing their resilience, raising their aspirations and breaking barriers to employment.

For 2026, round 2/2 will open on 16 July and close on 10 September, with decisions announced on 2 December, for grants up to £15,000. Environment and Sustainability Projects which improve the environment for the community, providing community green spaces or raising awareness of environmental issues, or improving the sustainability of community buildings.

For 2026, round 2/2 opens on 2 July and closes on 3 September, decisions announced 14 October, for grants of up to £15,000. Bring people together, improve inclusion into the community and find ways to care for nature and the environment in the area. Communities Together Small (grants of up to £5,000) has two rounds in 2026.

Round 2/2 opens on 2 July and closes on 20 August, decisions announced on 29 October. Communities Together Large (grants of up to £15,000) has one round in 2026, which closed on 9 April. Decisions will be announced on 25 June.

Heathrow Airport Colleagues Heathrow Active People Initiative (HAPi) Heathrow Airport Limited employees are encouraged to volunteer with charities and community groups in their local communities. The Trust supports this with a grant programme awarding up to £2,500 to charities for projects involving Heathrow colleagues volunteering.

Our Heathrow Active People Initiative (HAPi) and Matched Funding programmes for Heathrow colleagues have two rounds in 2026, round 2/2 opens on 16 July and closes on 29 October, with decisions announced on 17 December. Employees of Heathrow Airport Limited are also supported in their fundraising for charity by a Matched Funding scheme in which the Trust will match funds raised. 🙂 Our friendly grant team are here to help.
