Central Ohio Area Services Utility and rent assistance is available seasonally as funds are available to households who meet income guidelines as set out by the specific program providing the funding.
Neighbor to Neighbor : Assistance for AEP Ohio customers who are facing disconnect (or have had service terminated), who have paid at least $75 on their electric bill in the last 90 days, who have a minimum outstanding balance of at least $50 on their bill which is at least 30 days behind, and who meet income guidelines of 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
