Heritage Education Link Program (HELP) Grants – CHCP Heritage Education Link Program (HELP) Grants Immigration Program Grants Market Street Chinatown Archaeology Project Chinese in San Jose and the Santa Clara Valley Home Base: A Chinatown called Heinlenville Heritage Education Link Program (HELP) Grants In addition to other Outreach Programs, the Chinese Historical & Cultural Project offers financial assistance for programs or events designed to promote ethnic diversity education for school age children in Santa Clara County, California.
The grants are limited to schools and nonprofit organizations in Santa Clara County, California who provide Asian or Asian American historical and/or cultural programs.
