HIGH FIVE for being serious about your business and committed to your babies! My story: I was laid off from my corporate ladder job while expecting my second baby. When he was born, no job offered the flexibility I wanted with two kids under age two.
With big goals and little know-how, I “created my own ladder” to fit my motherhood by launching a marketing company in 2016. My first client made a deposit of $5,000. That initial capital meant so much and gave me confidence to grow.
I worked with mentors, played with my babies, and worked on my business. In our first full year, we passed $100,000+ revenue. Fast forward to 2023, and Comma is a baby-friendly, $1 million-revenue agency featured in Forbes , and one of the fastest growing companies in Utah three years in a row.
I’m so grateful. Best part? Being a business owner gives me freedom to be there for my kids.
At The Mama Ladder®, we want to see you climb after business dreams that fit your family. I invite you to apply for the High Five Grant. Let's see what you can do, Mama!
