Hispanic Owned Businesses have suffered from systemic barriers which have prevented them to access traditional resources main street business owners have available. Despite these barriers, Hispanic Owned Businesses continue to open at a faster pace than their counterparts. Louisiana boasts the seventh fastest-growing Hispanic population and the contributions made by these resilient, talented, and hardworking are many.

5 million in average annual receipts? Have you been in business for at least 12 months prior to January 2020? What was your business revenue for 2019,2020 and 2021?
Can you demonstrate economic business loss? Will you be able to participate in at least (3) business resource and training sessions hosted by HCCL/HCCLF? Are you a member of The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana?
