Applications are typically announced in January with a due date at the end of March/early April. Applications for the Historic Architectural Rehabilitation Grant Program are available to be downloaded below or they can be picked up at the Community Development Department, City Hall, 150 Dexter Court, Elgin, IL 60120. The 2026 Grant Program is closed.
