Home Electrification & Appliance Rebates (HEAR) | Spokane County, WA Housing & Community Development Community Development Program Home Electrification & Appliance Rebates (HEAR) Home Electrification & Appliance Rebates (HEAR) The Washington State Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) Program provides grants to eligible third-party administrators to provide rebates and incentives to households and small businesses to purchase and install high-efficiency electric equipment and appliances.
Spokane County Housing & Community Development received a HEAR grant from WA Commerce in 2024 totaling $1,724,170. HCD has subcontracted a portion of these funds to Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners (SNAP) for local administration of eligible rebates and incentives. To apply for HEAR program assistance, please visit SNAP's website and fill out the inquiry form.
*Please note all funding from the 2024 award is spent or committed, but continued funding is expected in the future. Please contact SNAP for eligibility verification and to get on the waitlist as soon as possible. The Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) Program is supported with funding from Washington’s Climate Commitment Act.
