Expanding Opportunity Across Oregon We believe stable housing strengthens families and communities, and that more Oregonians deserve a path to homeownership. Since 2004, the Foundation has partnered with organizations across the state and distributed more than $2 million in grants to support affordable housing and homebuyer education initiatives.
Grants Designed to Help Locals The HOME Foundation awards grants to Local Associations that disburse funds to housing-focused groups in their area. Applications are emailed to local Association Executives (AEs) and the local boards decide who they will reach out to in their community. If there’s a qualifying group in your area that has inspired you, talk to your AE.
The Oregon REALTORS ® HOME Foundation Board of Directors makes available grants to qualified recipients (per the HOME Foundation Policies & Bylaws) who are chosen by each Local Association. The HOME Foundation Board of Directors has the discretion to adjust individual grant awards. Download Policies & Bylaws Building Stability.
