Apply For a Grant | B&Q Foundation The B&Q Foundation supports hundreds of registered charities across the UK every year. We know charities are short on time, which is why we’ve partnered with Neighbourly to make the application process as simple as possible. Follow the three-step process below on our application process.

Check that your charity and potential project meets our grant criteria: If your organisation meets the criteria for receiving a grant, please use the links to apply through Neighbourly for our Home Improvement or Home-Starter Kit grants. Once you’ve submitted your application, our team will review it and be in touch.

Please note that due to the high volume of applications, it may take up to 12 weeks after the deadline to hear the outcome. We award grants to charities who are creating or improving home so that more people in our communities have a place to feel at home. Grants typically meet the following criteria: We provide support with funding of up to £10k for both our grant funds.

We love working with different types of charities as long as the projects are about improving homes and where people are living. The types of projects we have supported are improvements such as decorating, fixing roofs, refurbishment of garden space, upgrading key fixtures and fittings, and creating new buildings or rooms.
