Charles, Lake Saint Louis, Cottleville, Wentzville, Weldon Spring, Augusta, Dardenne Prairie, St. Paul, and unincorporated areas of St. Charles County for home improvement and repairs: The Home Improvement Loan Program provides up to $7,500 (not to exceed this amount) as a 0 percent interest, 5-year forgivable loan for home improvements, emergency repairs, and property maintenance concerns to eligible participants.
