We assist with heating and cooling energy costs by offering bill payment assistance for eligible households experiencing financial hardship.
We offer resources to help find affordable rental housing. We work to prevent and end homelessness by connecting people experiencing/at risk of homelessness with access to housing and supportive services. We administer federally-funded programs to help housing developers and homeowners impacted by natural disasters.
We partner with municipalities and community organizations to develop solutions to help meet housing needs. The Louisiana Housing Corporation administers a variety of programs that assist renters, homebuyers and owners, developers, nonprofit groups, local governments and other stakeholders in creating safe, affordable, energy-efficient housing.
