Enroll # Home Repair Grant Programs Stock Yards Bank & Trust Home Repair Grant program offers forgivable mortgages to those with low-to-moderate income to make home repairs, including replacing HVAC systems, doors, windows, roofing, siding, flooring, or gutters, in addition to other energy efficiency upgrades, accessibility improvements, and safety repairs.
Through the Home Repair Program, SYBT works with local partners to sustain generational wealth creation for legacy homeowners in underserved communities. We have formed strategic partnerships with key community members to make these grants available.
## **Martindale Brightwood Community Development Corporation** Stock Yards Bank & Trust teamed up with Martindale Brightwood Community Development Corporation in the Indianapolis market, offering a $90,000 loan pool for forgivable home repair loans to qualifying borrowers. With the funds allocated, Stock Yards Bank & Trust was able to help 14 families with home repairs.
## **Working In Neighborhoods (WIN)** Similarly, Stock Yards Bank partnered with Working In Neighborhoods (WIN) in the Cincinnati market and established a $90,000 loan pool for forgivable home repair loans. ## **Frontier Housing, Inc.** Stock Yards Bank & Trust collaborated with Frontier Housing in Morehead, Kentucky, and currently has funds available to help six families in Eastern Kentucky. The program has the same requirements and terms as similarly structured Stock Yards Bank & Trust home repair loan funds.
Learn More About Frontier Housing ## Nelson County, Kentucky With the funds that were allocated, Stock Yards Bank & Trust was able to help five households with home repairs that included modifications to allow for aging in place. Stock Yards Bank & Trust has partnered with Habitat for Humanity for Scott County Indiana to assist three families and has funds available to help two additional families.
