This program is funded through a Community Benefits Agreement Neighborhood Impact Fund and unspent project funds and will be administered by Bridging Neighborhoods - Housing and Revitalization Department, City of Detroit. Current Program Status: The application period is closed. Selected participants were announced July 2025.
The Application was open from January 22 to March 10.
