Home Access and Critical Repair Grants | Clackamas County Home Access and Critical Repair Grants Home Access and Critical Repair Grants We process your application and determine eligibility. If you qualify, a Rehab Advisor inspects your property to determine what repairs are needed. (Health and safety items are a priority.)
You request bids from contractors of your choice. (A list of interested contractors is available for your convenience.) Your Rehab Advisor assists you throughout the bidding and construction process.

Renters and homeowners qualify.
All dwelling units including mobile homes and apartments qualify.
Improvements can include: Wheelchair ramps, handrails and widened doorways Bathroom accessibility (raised toilets & grab bars) Kitchen accessibility improvements Eligible applicants must: Live in the North Clackamas Revitalization Area Must reside in the dwelling requiring modification Must have a documented physical disability Have approval of the property owner (if applicant does not own the property) Be at or below maximum income limits Grants up to $5,000 for repair of safety or access deficiencies, primarily for exterior elements of manufactured homes or mobile homes.
Only manufactured home or mobile home owners who do not have title to the property on which the home is located are eligible. Improvements can include: Faulty plumbing connections Faulty wiring or electrical connections Eligible applicants must: Live in the North Clackamas Revitalization Area Be at or below maximum income limits. Have approval of the property owner.
