HOME Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program | Snohomish County, WA - Official Website Community & Business Services Human Services Department Divisions Housing and Community Services Applications for Available Funds Snohomish County announces the availability of an estimated $500,000 ($100,000/annually) in HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funds for Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) program for program years 2025 to 2029.
Funding is estimated at this time and additional funding may become available through re-allocation of prior year funds or through increased federal allocations in future years. Tenant-based rental assistance program to assist extremely low-income and low-income persons who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or unstably housed to obtain permanent housing.
This population includes individuals, families, unaccompanied youth, and/or persons with special needs. Funds may only be used to provide security and utility deposits.
