Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) Grant Program | California Department of Housing and Community Development Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) Grant Program Program Application Period HHAP 7 funds are available to HHAP 6 Grantees that meet the eligibility criteria HHAP makes available grant allocations to cities, counties, and continuums of care with flexible funding to prevent and end homelessness in their regions.
HHAP 7 funds are available to HHAP 6 Grantees that meet the eligibility criteria. Refer to HHAP 7 eligibility criteria in the amended HHAP 6 NOFA, Incorporating HHAP 7 (PDF) .
