In support of the City’s commitment to truth and reconciliation with Indigenous peoples and the City’s Action Plan to Confront Anti-Black Racism , the City provides funding to Indigenous-led organizations that serve Indigenous residents and Black-led organizations that serve Black and racialized communities.

## Anchor Agency Services & Supports Grants for programs providing anchor services and continued housing stability supports in select rental housing buildings. Grants for programs supporting people experiencing street homelessness to find, transition to and sustain homes. ## Homelessness Prevention Grants for programs assisting with eviction prevention.

## Housing Focused Client Supports Grants for programs providing follow-up support and continued housing stability. Grants for programs assisting individuals with finding housing and services and operating community-based housing hubs. ## Housing Focused System Supports Grants for programs providing sector capacity building and coordination and specific system-wide client supports.

## Daytime Drop-In Programs Funding Grants for programs operating local, community-based spaces that provide meals, programming and more. ## Toronto Tenant Grants Administration Grants for programs providing rent relief, energy assistance, bridging grants and eviction prevention. ## Toronto Tenant Support Program Grants for programs supporting tenants in private market rental housing.

## Indigenous Funding Stream Grants dedicated to supporting Indigenous-led organizations to deliver initiatives to local Indigenous communities.
