Homeowners Application for Assistance — Rebuilding Macon Homeowners Application for Assistance To apply for our program, you must meet the following qualifications: Reside in Macon-Bibb County Own and occupy the home for over two years and intend to stay for at least two more Be classified as low-income by HUD guidelines Be over 60 or on disability We are unable to work on mobile homes.
The need is great in our community but we strive to assist as many people as we can. If you meet the qualifications and would like to apply for assistance with minor home repairs or building a wheelchair ramp, apply by calling our office at 478-744-9808. If we do not answer, please leave a message with your name, phone number, street address, and a brief description of the repairs needed.
