Through targeted grant programs, HAR funding helps deliver essential veterinary care, vaccines, rehabilitation, and transition services, while also backing education and innovations that improve long-term outcomes for vulnerable horses. Equine Care & Vaccine Support Supports non-profit facilities that provide comfort, care, and vaccines to horses at risk. Supports programs and projects that improve the direct care of working equids and/or increase the education to veterinarians and others providing care. Supports horses affected by natural disasters by providing rapid, targeted aid to veterinarians and other caregivers providing relief.
